Our May retreat is a special one with a big pay off!! Join us for 5 fabulous days in Co. Mayo culminating by climbing Irelands majestic Croagh Patrick with Kathryn Thomas.

The 764m spiritual mountain ascent is a rite of passage for all hiking enthusiasts and should arguably be on every Irish persons bucket list. In the days leading up to our climb, we will be staying in the fabulous 4 * Breaffy House Resort in the heart of Co Mayo. Set on 101 acres of rolling countryside, it is the perfect backdrop for our morning runs, stretches, fitness and yoga classes, all building up to our exciting ascent of the Holy Mountain.

This special one off climbing retreat is for all ages and fitness levels, with qualified guides accompanying us to the summit.
